Princess Poise Institute proudly presents the Annual Crown Series, a refined beauty empowerment and performance development program designed to cultivate confidence, poise, stage presence, and personal growth in young participants. Each presentation within the Series is thoughtfully produced to deliver a polished and meaningful experience that honors individuality, self-expression, and professional presentation.
The Annual Crown Series unfolds through a succession of distinguished crown moments held throughout the year, offering participants the opportunity to step onto the stage within a consistently elevated and regal environment. Each presentation is intentionally spaced to allow anticipation, refinement, and renewal—ensuring that every crown moment feels exclusive, purposeful, and ceremonious.
Through guided preparation, curated runway presentations, and performance-based stage development, participants experience a comprehensive journey that extends beyond a single appearance, resulting in an enriched and elevated experience for both contestants and their families.

Princess Poise Institute honors each stage of development through carefully appointed age divisions, each guided by its own royal presentation concept. These presentations are designed to reflect grace, confidence, and dignity, allowing every participant to step into her moment with poise and presence befitting the crown.
To preserve the artistry and ceremonial nature of each presentation, royal themes and styling directives are disclosed exclusively to confirmed participants. This ensures a harmonious, elevated production while maintaining the anticipation and prestige surrounding each crown moment.

As part of the Princess Poise Institute experience, participants receive guidance in runway presentation and courtly performance movement, cultivating composure, awareness, and confidence upon the stage. These elements are woven seamlessly into each presentation, creating a graceful flow that reflects refinement and regal bearing. Every moment on stage is treated as a ceremonial appearance, designed to honor the participant’s growth, preparation, and presence. Performance Movement Clarification

Within the Princess Poise Institute program, performance movement refers to structured, age-appropriate stage movement and rhythmic expression designed to enhance confidence, coordination, and presence during presentations.
Performance movement may include guided steps, transitions, and expressive motions set to music, intended to support fluidity and stage awareness rather than formal dance training. These elements are incorporated to enrich the overall presentation, maintain engagement on stage, and allow participants to express personality and confidence through movement.
All performance movement is:
Age-appropriate and modest
Designed for group participation
Focused on confidence, rhythm, and expression
Presented within a professional and ceremonial setting
No prior dance experience is required.

Eligibility
Participation in Princess Poise Institute is reserved for female participants ages four (4) through seventeen (17). Contestants are appointed to the appropriate age division in accordance with the Institute’s standards and as part of a beauty empowerment philosophy devoted to cultivating confidence, dignity, and refined self-expression.
Parental Acknowledgment
A parent or legal guardian is required to formally review, complete, and acknowledge all registration materials and program agreements on behalf of the participant prior to confirmation.

Confirmation of Appointment
To secure a place within the Princess Poise Institute program, a non-refundable entry fee must be submitted in full on or before the designated registration deadline. Participation is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and official acceptance.
Once the appointed capacity for a crown presentation has been reached, no additional participants will be admitted, irrespective of published deadlines.

Royal Instruction & Development
As part of her appointment, each participant receives guided instruction aligned with the traditions of poise and presentation. Instruction encompasses etiquette, posture, runway walking, and stage presence, as well as refined communication skills.
Participants are prepared to speak clearly and confidently on camera, to address judges with composure, and to present themselves with grace in ceremonial and performance settings. Performance-based movement is incorporated to enhance rhythm, expressive confidence, and elevated stage presence, delivered in an age-appropriate and dignified manner.
Conduct & Attendance
Princess Poise Institute upholds a standard of decorum befitting its name. All participants and accompanying family members are expected to conduct themselves with respect, courtesy, and sportsmanship at all times.
Attendance at all scheduled rehearsals, preparations, and official crown events is required to ensure the integrity, refinement, and success of each presentation.
Registration & Royal Briefing
All participants must complete official online registration in order to receive the Institute’s Royal Briefing, which includes schedules, rehearsal expectations, presentation guidance, ceremonial protocols, and participation standards. This briefing ensures that every participant and family is fully prepared to uphold the traditions and expectations of Princess Poise Institute.
Evaluation Standards
Each crown presentation within Princess Poise Institute is evaluated according to age-appropriate and professionally guided standards, conducted with fairness, discretion, and integrity.
Judges may consider:
Poise, posture, and overall stage presence
Confidence and composure throughout presentations
Clarity of expression and communication, including introductions
Graceful movement and presentation alignment
Personal expression, effort, and overall impression
Evaluation within the Institute is designed to honor refinement, growth, and presence—celebrating each participant’s individual journey rather than comparison alone.

Princess Poise Institute proudly bestows the honor of Model of the Month upon one participant who exemplifies dedication, growth, grace, and exemplary conduct.
This distinction recognizes consistent effort, refined presentation, and personal development. The selected honoree may receive formal acknowledgment, a commemorative honor, and featured recognition through Princess Poise Institute platforms or future ceremonial moments.
