At princess poise institue, we proudly host four seasonal pageants each year in austin - coming soon to houston - spring,summer- fall and winter- Each event is professionally designed to foster personal growth, stage presence, and self-confidence—offering young participants a platform to evolve and shine throughout every season. Space is limited for each pageant, so we warmly encourage early pre-registration to secure your daughter’s place. Once all spots are filled, registration will gracefully close.

basic requirements
Princess Poise Institute |
- Contestants must be girls ages 4-17 and placed in the correct age division-
- Parental Consent
A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign all registration forms.
Entry Fee
A non-refundable entry fee must be paid in full on or before the registration deadline to secure participation. Please note: Once all spots are filled, no additional participants will be accepted—regardless of the deadline. - Good behavior and sportsmanship are expected from both contestants and parents.
- Attendance is required for all scheduled rehearsals and pageant events.
All participants must register online to receive full rules, schedule, and category details.
Tickets - will be released only after contestant registration is complete and confirmed.
At the director’s discretion, contestants may be assigned ticket sales responsibilities, with all collected funds to be submitted directly to the pageant office by the specified deadline.
Detailed ticket pricing and distribution instructions will be provided following registration.
Evaluation Standards
Our pageants include an exciting runway segment where each contestant gets the chance to shine with confidence and style. It showcases personality, presentation, stage presence in front of the judges and audience, allowing participants to express themselves and leave a lasting impression .Our panel of professional judges will be evaluating each contestant based on several key areas: stage presence, poise, personality, and age-appropriate confidence. Judges will also consider communication skills through virtual introductions or interviews, overall appearance and how well each contestant showcases grace, charm, and individuality. Creativity in attire and effort in presentation will also be noted. We believe in celebrating inner beauty just as much as outer radiance.
Model of the Month
Each Month during our pageant season we highlight one of our exceptional participants as model of the month- - A special title separate from the pageant winner . This title celebrates personal growth , positive attitude , and dedication. The selected model receives a tiara , certificate , prize gift bag ,a featured walk at the next pageant , and a spotlight on our social media platform.
